1) Machine Flocking Paste

Product introduction

  1. It is an acrylic polymer mixtures paste which is used for machine flocking printing.
  2. It is good operability without screen blocking and excellent adhesion.
  3. Soft with good elastic. Suggest applying for cotton fabrics or cotton blends.

Application

  1. Suggest using 43T-47T mesh.
  2. Directly to use L06 Flocking Paste with mixing fixer CX100 2%-4% for 3-4 times printing and then move to machine flock before totally drying.
  3. Please remember to do curing at temperature 150℃ for 2 minutes and put for natural drying 24 hours before doing the wash testing.

2)Transfer Flocking Paste

Product introduction

  1. It is an acrylic polymer mixtures paste which is used for transfer flocking printing.
  2. It is good operability without screen blocking and excellent adhesion.
  3. Soft with good elastic. Suggest applying for cotton fabrics or cotton blends.

  3. PH: 7.0-7.5

Application

  1. Suggest using 43T-47T mesh.
  2. Directly to use RT208 Flocking Paste to print 3-4 times then cover the flocking paper press 15-20 seconds at 150℃before totally drying. After cooling, press the back side 15-20 seconds at 150℃ then remove the flocking paper.
